If you want to continue to celebrations and get more involved with IWD, check out Dundee Women’s Festival who are hosting two weeks’ worth of activity from 2-16 March. With the theme of ‘Hearing Women’s Voices’ you can join the festival and make your voice heard too at a number of free events across the city. An opportunity to speak to local organisations and groups on how women can have their voices heard, get involved in their community and lead on projects.

Meet outside McManus Galleries

A short-guided walk around the city centre, looking at the Trail plaques and hearing the stories of some notable women in Dundee’s past. Booking for this event is required, contact
