Our gift card gives shoppers the opportunity to buy what they want, when they want it, from a choice of top fashion and lifestyle brands and a range of delicious eateries. Gift cards are accepted in all stores throughout the centre with the exception of Greggs, O2, Boots, Subway, Stormfront and Tiger.
To purchase a gift card, please visit our Customer Service Desk (located on level 1 opposite New Look). You can load the card with £5 to £500, and you only pay what you put on the card – there are no additional or hidden charges. Please note, our Customer Service Desk is cashless so gift cards must be purchased using debit card, credit card or contactless payment.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Card balances can be checked at any time by visiting our Customer Service Desk or online at www.getmybalance.com

If you have a gift card that has expired while the centre was closed, we will be happy to extend the expiry date so that you have time to use it as we reopen. To do this, please call 01382 314210 or visit our onsite Customer Service Desk.
Overgate gift cards cannot be used as a payment method for online orders. Gift cards can only be redeemed at participating retailers within Overgate Shopping Centre.
We do not offer refunds on gift cards once purchased.
We are unable to add additional funds to an existing gift card.
With the exception of corporate orders, gift cards should be purchased onsite from our Customer Service Desk.
