Following the closure of Overgate Shopping Centre, due to the recent COVID-19 situation, we are delighted that the centre, in accordance with advice received by the NHS and Scottish Government and our own policies, is no re-open.
We have carried out a deep clean of the centre, as well as installing signage throughout with guidance and reassurance and hand sanitiser stations for customers to use at level 1 & 2, as the health and wellbeing of all our customers is paramount.
As well as this, some seating has been removed from the malls and benches now have notices on them as to where you can and cannot sit, kiddies cars & ride on’s are all now part of the increased cleaning regime but will be available if necessary.
The toilets are open, however, will close for 15 minutes every hours to allow the cleaners to carry out a deep clean
The West Marketgait car park will remain closed until further notice and all other car parks will be cashless going forward.
Face coverings are now mandatory when visiting the centre, our stores and our restaurants for the safety of our staff and customers. We appreciate the cooperation on this.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank our shoppers, employees and the public for their continued support and understanding over the past few months and we look forward to seeing more familiar faces in the centre to resume business as usual.
