From specially-designed wider car parking spaces for visitors with special needs to audio and brail support in our lifts, we have done our best to ensure that all our shoppers can enjoy a visit to Overgate.
Shopmobility is located on the lower level of Debenhams car park and offers a manual and electric wheelchair loan service from 9.15am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Shopmobility can be contacted directly on 01382 228525.
Manual only wheelchair hire is also available from our Customer Service desk on the first floor (upper mall). For more details call the Customer Service Desk on 01382 314210.
In order to make use of Shopmobility services, customers must be members of the Shopmobility scheme. Signing up to Shopmobility is a simple, free-of-charge process which can be done at the Shopmobility office on the same day that customers need to loan out mobility aids.
