Whether you are looking for directions, store information, lost property or just some friendly advice on getting around in Dundee, our Customer Service team are always keen to offer you a helping hand.
We can also arrange for you to borrow a wheelchair free of charge. A £5.00 deposit is required for this service however this will be fully refunded when the wheelchair is returned to us.
Gift cards
Overgate gift cards are accepted throughout the centre and are available at the Customer Service desk. Learn more about our gift cards here.
Boobaloo Karts
We are pleased to be able to offer Boobaloo Karts for rental from our Customer Service Desk located on the upper mall near New Look. Boobaloo Karts are a great way to keep children entertained while you are in our centre. We ask for a fully refundable £5.00 deposit and charge £1.00 for each half hour of use. All funds generated are donated towards Overgate’s own Help for Kids children’s charity.
Shopmobility
Shopmobility is located on the lower level of Debenhams' car park. They offer a manual and electric wheelchair loan service. Shopmobility is open 9.15am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday. For further details contact them directly on 01382 228 525.
