Whether you are looking for directions, store information, lost property or just some friendly advice on getting around in Dundee, our Customer Service team are always keen to offer you a helping hand.
We can also arrange for you to borrow a wheelchair free of charge. A £5.00 deposit is required for this service however this will be fully refunded when the wheelchair is returned to us.
Gift cards
Overgate gift cards are accepted throughout the centre and are available at the Customer Service desk. Learn more about our gift cards here.
Shopmobility
Shopmobility is located on the lower level of Debenhams' car park. They offer a manual and electric wheelchair loan service. Shopmobility is open 9.15am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
