Overgate Gift Cards can be purchased from the Customer Service desk located on the first floor near New Look and Regis.
What is the Overgate Gift Card?
The Overgate MasterCard ® Gift Card is a perfect present for any occasion. It is a pre-paid stored value card which can be used to purchase goods or services throughout the centre. The available balance will be reduced by the amount of each purchase of goods or services.
Where can I spend my Gift Card in Overgate?
The Gift Card is accepted at any store that accepts MasterCard and can be used to purchase goods and services only. It may not be used at automated cash machines or for online purchases.
What if I don't spend the entire value of my Gift Card in one transaction?
With each purchase you make using your Gift Card, the value on the card will reduce by the amount spent. For example, if you receive a Gift Card loaded with £50 and make a £20 transaction, you will have £30 left to spend on other goods and services. Purchases above the balance of the Gift Card must be combined with another acceptable form of payment. This is at the discretion of the store. Overgate is not responsible for the refusal of a participating store to perform a split transaction.
Can I add more money to my Gift Card?
No. The Overgate Gift Card can only be loaded with money once at the time of purchase.
When does my Overgate Gift Card expire?
Your Gift Card will automatically terminate when it has a zero balance or the expiry date is reached. The Gift Card will expire on the VALID THRU date printed on the Gift Card. The VALID THRU date states the month and year of expiration. The date of expiry will be the last day of the stated month. For account maintenance services rendered, a nonrefundable monthly Account Maintenance Fee (“AMF”) in the amount of £2.50 will be automatically deducted from the Gift Card account. What happens if my card is lost or stolen?
You are responsible for all transactions, including all unauthorised transactions that take place if the card is lost or stolen. If you card is lost, stolen or damaged, you should contact Store Financial (the program manager) immediately on 0845 668 2273 (charges will apply). You will not be liable for any transactions after you have informed Store Financial of the lost or stolen card. A replacement Gift Card can be issued however this can only be done with proof of purchase such as the entire gift card number, the damaged Gift Card in the case of a damaged card and your full identification. If a replacement card is issued as a result of a lost, stolen or damaged card a £2 administration fee will apply.
How do I check my balance?
You can inquire about the purchase date, available balance, and transaction history of your Overgate Gift Card by telephoning 0845 686 2273 (charges will apply) or online at www.getmybalance.com

What happens if I need to return or exchange a purchase made with my Overgate Gift Card?
When purchasing goods you will receive a receipt from the retailer similar to that which you would recieve when paying with a credit or debit card. Please ensure you keep this receipt as well as your Gift Card, even if there is a zero balance remaining. You will need to present your Overgate Gift Card to the retailer for any returns. Any returns and exchanges will be governed by the policies of the retailer and applicable law. If the refund is credited back onto your Overgate Gift Card, it may take up to 7 working days for the balance to be reinstated.
