Overgate Gift Card

Whether it’s a wedding, a birthday or a corporate event, choosing the perfect gift has never been easier. Just visit the Customer Service Desk (located on the first floor near New Look and Regis) to purchase a gift card with the amount of your choice, from £5 to £500.
The gift cards are accepted at all participating retailers in the centre, giving the holder the freedom to choose something really special. You can keep track of the balance by visiting www.getmybalance.com or visiting the Customer Service Desk.
Overgate gift cards provide much more flexibility and choice than standard vouchers, as they can be spent at all participating retailers within Overgate shopping centre, and may be spent many times at many different retailers until the amount loaded onto the card has been exhausted. They also provide better value than gift vouchers, as you will only be charged by the retailer for the exact amount of the transaction.
There is no charge for purchasing a gift card. Please keep your gift card after it has been used as you may require it for any refunds. Refunds may take up to 10 days to be credited back to the gift card, in line with each individual store’s refund procedures. The gift card expires at 12 months from date of purchase.

If you lose your gift card, please telephone Customer Services on 01382 314210. You will not be responsible for any transactions on the card after notifying Customer Services.
The Gift card is accepted at the vast majority of stores throughout the Centre. As a general guide, you will be able to spend your Gift card at all stores in Overgate with the following exceptions: Greggs, Phones4U, Boots and at the RMU stalls located on the lower mall. Please also note that this information is intended as a guide only and should not be taken as a guarantee. From time to time, individual retailers may be unable to accept gift cards as payment for any given reason. Overgate will always strive to work with retailers to ensure such issues are rectified as soon as possible.
