Overgate creates a welcoming and secure shopping environment. Guests enter through two Welcome Halls (indicated on all maps with a ‘W’) . Inspired by the idea of a hotel lobby, they provide a range of guest services including:
- Toilets – for adults, families and people with special needs
- Baby changing and feeding facilities
- Telephones – both coin and card operated
- Car park access
Cash machines are located throughout the lower and upper malls.
Lifts are situated at either end of the mall.
Comfortable seating is provided throughout the mall for guests to rest and relax.
Overgate is positioned next to bus stops and taxi ranks and is only a short distance from the local train station.
