Customer Service Desk

Overgate’s Customer Service Desk is located on the lower level of the mall opposite H&M. The Customer Service Desk provides an information point for all our guests.

Your guide to Overgate Overgate mall guides are available at the Customer Service Desk and at all main entrances where Directory Boards are located. The mall guide contains a list of all stores by category and a map clearly indicating where stores are located.

Tourist Information Tourist information leaflets can be found at the Custome Service Desk

Lost Property If you have misplaced or found any items, simply report the items to one of our Hosts on the mall or deliver the item to the Customer Service Desk. Items will be recorded onto an electronic database of Lost and Found that is maintained at the desk.

Parking for Special Needs & Shopmobility

We have specially designated parking spaces for Overgate guests with special needs. Shopmobility is located on the lower level of Debenhams car park. They offer a manual and electric wheelchair loan service (also available from Overgate and the Customer Service Desk concierge). Shopmobility is open 9.15am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday.


	Overgate Learning Centre The Overgate Learning Centre provides learning opportunities and quality training facilities in the city centre. The centre offers: Three quality training and meeting rooms for corporate and local businesses An IT suite with 13 training stations including a tutor station, and A 24 station open and flexible learning area.
