FAQ’s for Overgate Student Night

1.    Where do I collect my Wristband from?
The Customer Service desk on the Upper mall at the top of the escalator beside New Look, remember to bring your Student ID card – without the card we cannot give out the wristband.
Please note – you do not have to have a wristband to attend the event.

2.    Can someone else collect my wristband for me?
No, all wristbands must be collected in person.

3.    Where do I queue on the night?
If you have a wristband please join the queue at the GOLDSMITHS doors and queue around Primark – we will have distributed 1,500 wristbands so there will be a queue but we will get you in asap.
If you DO NOT have a wristband, please queue from the doors at the COSTA COFFEE entrance, please have your Student ID card ready to show at the door. YOU WILL NOT GAIN ACCESS to the centre without a current valid Student Card.

4.    Can I come to the Student Night if I’m not a student in Dundee?
Yes, everyone is welcome to come along as long as they have a valid Student ID for a college or university – sorry we cannot allow school students to this event.

5.    I haven’t received my Student card yet, can I still have my wristband?
Unfortunately without your card we cannot release the wristbands, please take this up with your College or University – if this is not an isolated issue please ask them to contact This email address is being protected from spambots.
